Parker & Parker Insurance and Financial Services was established on July 1, 1977 in Barnesville, Ohio by Betsy and Mike Parker.  In October 1988, they were joined in the agency by their son-in-law, Patrick Velas.  On February 1, 1997, a second office was opened in Byesville, Ohio.  Marge Seaton is the agent and office manager at that location.  Kindra Swallie and Kathy Gildea, round out the Barnesville office as Licensed Agents and CSR'S.  The agency staff brings to you over 115 years of insurance experience.
